Luncheon Club Procedures
1) Rental for hall is due on the day of luncheon split evenly between sponsors. $3,000.00 ( check , credit card or cash)
Receipts will be provided by the hall
2) The bartender is to receive a $200 dollars cash the day of luncheon
3) sponsors split the cost of food served
4) bartenders do not receive tips from members “no tip jar”
5) hall will provide Linens , and set up tables
6) sponsors are responsible for setting the tables
7) sponsors are responsible for hors d’oeuvre table plates, and napkins
8) no food items are not to be served until 12:30
9) sponsors are responsible for Charcoal and lighter fluid if using barbecue
10) each sponsor is allowed to invite 15 guests
11) non-sponsor members my come and invite 2 guests (Note) it is very important that sponsors and members invite
as many as you are allowed to fill the luncheon
12) all sponsors and members must check in at front door, at this time there are no tickets being sent out and we are in
the process of setting up a QR code system soon
13) each group of each month will elect a director to lead the group and be responsible for the distribution of funds for lunch
14) sponsors are not responsible for cleaning kitchen and hall after lunch (Note) members of the CPDES Hall treat us very well , anyone who wishes to help clean up afterword is encouraged and appreciated
15) sponsors must have 2 people at front door registering members and guests and selling raffle tickets ( close down front table and take raffle tickets to stage at 12:30 (raffle tickets are 6 for $5 12 for 10 24 for $20
16) Hors d’oeuvres are to be set out at 11:00
17) it is your responsibility to reimburse your fellow sponsors for money due after the luncheon , failure to do so will result in loss of membership
18) Flyers and solicitation products are only allowed on the tables by companies Sponsoring that month
19) after lunch is served one person from each sponsor team will have an opportunity to speak on behalf of each sponsoring company
